You calculated total no of pages=(size of VA/ sizeof page size). In this, I think u calculated size of VA in the wrong way. 32 bit system will ensure 2^32 different entries and each entry will be of 32 bits, so size of VA should be :
total entries*size of one entry(32bits)=2^32* 4=2^34

Rest of the calculation seems ok.
So final answer should be 8MB:

Total no of entries in page table =2^34/2^12=2^22

Total no of frames=2^26/2^12=2^14
size of one entry in page table=14/8~2 bytes

So total size of page table=2*2^22=2^23 = 8 MB
