Mkv Vs Mp4 Which Is Better | Is Mkv Video Better Than Mp4 ?

Same video at same quality (360p mp4= 210mb) when I want download from website large size
And when I want download same video from telegram 360p mp4 = 162mb
Which should I prefer?

A container format (MKV, MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, FLV ...) has nothing to do with the quality or file size of a video.
The only thing that matters is the quality of the video (and audio) tracks you put INSIDE them. If you COPY (so no re-encoding) those tracks to another container, the file size of the source and destination files will be exactly the same.
