You don’t have to treat pastry like it’s radioactive. You won’t over work it by touching it.

That's not pulsing. Pulsing is when you give it intermittent spurts of power.

I wish there weren't any camera cuts during the blending process. Now I'm wondering if that's actually how long she was blending for, or if there's a time cut there. Very tedious.
