Pre-release Paper 21 May/Jun 2021 0478 Computer Science IGCSE Task 3

Although, the code for the tiebreaker works, it's only dealing with one situation where 2 candidates tie; what if 3 candidates tie, and during the tiebreaker, 2 tie again? your code wouldn't work for that. So how would you deal with that? I personally dealt with it using recursive loop.
