Chef Saúl is very creative, his recipes are awesomr but sometimes the recipes he invents with the ingredients given to him are more impresive.
I would put the chapulines inside of the quesadilla, so you get that salty flavor in random bites of the quesadilla

Obviously chef Saul needs his own series but I loved these 2. MAS POR FAVOR
