Thank you so much for the in-depth explanation on how the files are used and accessed! I’ve used photoshop for over 25 years and have my “organizational habits” and want to set up my Lightroom projects in a cohesive manner as well. No one else seems to cover this important step so hearing the what, why and how is great!
ОтветитьPersonally, I prefer Bridge but a lot of my coworkers use Lightroom so I want to be more knowledgeable
Thank for thoroughly explaining that the files are NOT actually stored in Lightroom! My subordinate was very confused and didn’t backup her photos because she thought they were just “in Lightroom” so that definitely caused issues and I just wanted to be able to understand the program better
Thank you for you clear and informed way of explaining everything
Love your channel Luke. I am a little bit further than beginner with Lightroom but still I picked up a couple of things. In general a learn a lot from your channel, even though I don’t do photography for living room nor do I (at the moment) like wedding photography. You create more beautiful wedding work than most I see around. Keep up the good work and merry Christmas.
P.S. may I suggest you look at a NAS (Synology for example) for your backup workflow. Maybe you will like it.
Thank you so much for this Luke. I am in the process of taking my little Photography Side hustle to a professional level, and this help a lot. Much love from Germany

ОтветитьAwesome tutorial Luke! Much appreciatedI was wondering Iam so frustrated. Cant you tell me real quick. I know how to isolate a subject from my image with lightroom 2023 AI from background now all I want to do is save that isolated subject as a transparent PNG. Is there a fast simple way to do that? Maybe you can recommend a tutorial or just explain real quick. Thanks so much:) IcloneFun
ОтветитьIt is posible to buy your presets ex. "cleland contax 645 digital preset"? Best regards Norway
ОтветитьThis is great, thank you. I am new to everything, basically, so I found this helpful.
ОтветитьLuke, thank-you for this great video. I am interested to know more about editing that only works on one part of an image - maybe a selection, maybe a part of the image that was chosen based on tone. I am interested to know if Lightroom has the opportunity to work on layers. Cheers from Ontario.
