Count and CountA in VBA Excel

if I have a userform and I have 5 textboxes and 1 command button..if I click the command button..I want every textboxes iregardless of its values entered will be counted as 1 and sum will be shown in the 5th textbox..may u help me with the formula?thankyou

When I have: cells(worksheetfunction.counta(range("A:A")) +1,1) what does the range("A:A") do is this instance?
