In regards to jumping into the water with your watch on-is the watch 100% protected from water or does that go away after X amount of time?

Wish AutoSleep would actually work. I just got the series 7 and used to use AutoSleep few years back. So restored purchase, installed, set up and all I get is a error on the clock every morning now for 4 days. The help feature isn’t helping. Any ideas? Please help or do a in depth video on AutoSleep and possible problems

Here's a little tip...when you are fiddling around changing watch bands, switch to the water mode. This stops the screen from being accidentally adjusted. Just remember to turn it off once the band is back on.

I read Apple were against the AutoSleep App because they don't receive it as a positive tool. Basically, you can view how crappy your night's sleep was and it can potentially ruin your day! I have the app and it's interesting regarding deep sleep (or lack of it!) and the constant Blood O2 checks which shouldn't really dip below 90%.

Great tips even for someone that has had a watch for many years

I have purchased and used Auto Sleep for about 5 years. And concur with your comments. Haven’t looked in depth at other alternatives but I was interested in Apple’s Sleep app…until I examined it. It’s like a twig standing next to a Sequoia. Auto Sleep has far more data. And useful data. That said, I feel there is much more detail than the average user would want or need. Which is fine; the user can determine what’s important to them and not look at the rest.

Great app; I use it every day even if only at a glance.

I bought the series 5 new when they came out ... I love it! Maybe I'll upgrade to the next version .... I'm waiting on Apple to be able to make it read blood sugar levels ... Great video BTW I learned a lot ...

I use siri on watch to set a timer quite a bit but every once in a while it will say I need to install timer app?
