everyone was in bed except the father and Sheila. if she didn't use the silencer, they would most definitely be awake and not sound asleep as it seemed for the others, that didnt make sense to me. If she had so much anger then she wouldve killed her mom with more passion, like the father. I feel this was premeditated. he used sheilas illness to his advantage. he thought he committed the perfect murder but he isn't as smart as he thought. it kills me that he ran her name through the mud and theres people out there that believe him.

June was shot 7 times mostly in the head,face and neck.The key to this case is what was not found .NO gunshot residue on Sheila hands on her nightie or anywhere else on her body .Sheila had to load the magazine at least twice for her to fire 25 shots yet there was no trace of lubricant found on her hands from loading the magazine with bullets as they are coated in lubricant .during a psychotic episode she managed to fire 25 shots and hit the target every time even though Neville was on the move having been shot firstly in the bedroom he managed to get past Jeremy while he aimed the rifle at a screaming June .Neviile received further shots on the stairs SHE NEVER MISSED .Impossible as she had no interest in firearms and had never ever been seen firing one .The rifle used in the murders was a semi automatic meaning when you insert a loaded magazine into the rifle you must pull on a tiny lever to chamber a round before the rifle will fire Sheila would not have known this plus the tiny lever used to chamber rounds on that rifle was not marked.Sheila would not have a clue on how that rifle works

One of the things that gets me is if Sheila "hated" her mother so much, why would she kill her self next to her. I would think she would go back to her kids room.
I totally think the brother killed everyone.

I think that police did a bad job. They should have looked more throughly from the begging and find more evidence. And even though I personaly believe that Jeremy is guilty, I don't think that evidence were strong enough to convict smn for life in prison

I find it preposterous the police thought that was anything but murder after their initial investigation.

I would be asking if the brother was hoping to speak to someone specific at the local police station, someone he knew who was possibly waiting for the call while they were on duty that night.
Remember his girlfriend said she heard him say something had to happen that night.

The only thing that matters in this case is evidence. Hearsay and rumour abound - and some snippets are simply laughable. There is still a massive amount of evidence in this case being withheld by Essex Police. Why would that be?

I feel so sorry for Jeremy Bamber. Imagine having your whole family slaughtered and then losing your whole life in prison.

I've watched multiple documentaries on this case and it's very clear it just couldn't be Jeremy. Things just don't add up. One of the worst miscarriages of justice I've ever seen. I don't think Eleanor went into depth enough about the new evidence that's come around over the past couple years that really support it not being Jeremy.

I think the right person is behind bars, I especially think that the right person is behind Barz because his sister Sheila every time she noticed that she was taking a mental nose dive and her health she went to hospital, she actively seek out, help so to say that she randomly just one day broke, wouldn’t really make sense. That’s not really in her character clearly. Since previously, she goes out to go get help actively. Also, you don’t typically joke around about killing your parents to get their inheritance. That’s not the first thing I think about if my parents were killed. I would Morceau be in the thought process that I’m never gonna see them again or hear them again, I wouldn’t be like. Oh my God, yes, babe I get inheritance. It’s not something usually that crosses someone’s mind. Normally, I’m not sure if that’s just me or what not. Also, theoretically, his sister was schizophrenic as they say, and him and his dad were going to go out hunting, but decided ultimately not, why would you leave your gun with your schizophrenic mentally ill sister, sure he didn’t give it directly to her, but he had it out, so it was easy and grip. Also, how the fuck are they going to try to get him the innocence he didn’t do this kind of thing when there’s a literal paint from a shelf that was scraped on the window, the same window that he proceeded to tell his girlfriend that he could go in if he wanted to. I don’t know, I definitely think that he fucking did it. There’s way too much evidence against him to say that he did do it. And I think that pinning it on Sheila was bad. I mean obviously it was but still it’s pretty messed up. But it makes me question why, like, OK I get it so you’ll get your adopted parents, Heritance, when they die, if anything, just fucking wait for that. Are you that unstable with money that you have to kill someone to get it, like there are so many places that could help you manage your money you don’t have to do that. I do feel remorseful for his parents because they didn’t deserve that. They took him under their wing and intern got murdered. Also, I don’t think she’ll always probably Christian putting the Bible in her hand was really weird. I know that a lot of people are Christian and a lot of people that aren’t Christian usually will have a Bible if they end up to taking our lives, but it just seems like a really weird thing to do.

i find it very hard to believe that sheila, in a ‘manic episode’, took off the silencerwhile she was downstairs, let alone put on the silencer in the first place and then went upstairs to kill herself, and either way, the silencer had her blood on it?? that doesnt make any sense, the fact that it was found downstairs with her blood clearly shows someone trying to hide something? I think the verdict is right, and once again great video ellie!
