Anxiety always causes a lack of confidence in all of us whilst we are talking with an examiner or a native speaker. My English level is not bad but when I'm in a conversation with someone who i don't know specifically a native speaker, I always forget the whole vocabularies and..... Which i know 😢

If this is band 7 then I have hope!
