So... it makes Cyrano De Bergerac less depressing and pathetic because it's now heterosexual-washed so the now queer Cyrano (who's totally in love with Roxane and they seem like they'd be good together) instead (somehow?) falls for Christian (?!). Is this the Ode to Dumb White Guys Can't Loose? I'm glad this has placed women at the center of the story and Cyrano is a woman this time. That's really cool! But for f-s sake, if someone was going to fall in love with Christian it should've been a male Cyrano. What an avoidable disappointment...

I definitely never expected too much about this movie, but daammnn it got me really surprised!
