Thanks. for so long i feared that Ci/CD thing, turns out, it's really simple to setup a "basic" pipeline!

I usually like these 100 seconds videos but this one was honestly painful to watch.
Few key issues:
1. DevOps and CI/CD are not the same thing. All 3 terms were used interchangeably throughout the video when they are not interchangeable.
2. CI and CD are not the same thing. Its literally in the name, if your pipeline's goal is to deploy something it is a CD pipeline. If its only doing deployment, it's full CD, but otherwise it's a CD pipeline with one or more integration/verification steps.
3. Your example GitHub Actions pipeline doesn't prevent merge hell. Think about it, would running tests on master prevent 2 different devs working off different git trees? Until they merge to master, nothing gets tested or deployed. If you triggered tests on PRs or branches (depending on the git workflow) maybe that would have prevented the issue but just having a CD pipeline doesn't ensure anything; it just automates your deployments from master.

I think it's misleading to equate CI/CD with DevOps in general. CI/CD is one style of workflow automation that DevOps is concerned with. DevOps itself is a more more broad topic than just this.

Funny thing is I have done this when deploying a wordpress solution on azure platform, but I never knew it is the CI/CD. Nowadays people use more fancy words to make things look cool and complex.

But will performance suffer when we scale things up whether for db operations or M.L. training and testing or even when I.O. is involved on massive scales with 100s of 1000s of nodes ? Would you be able to explain that in general under 200 seconds ? For whatever ever full tech stack you choose !?
