This one is REALLY the best of all heartchakra meditations. It changed my whole being and it still does. It brought me from no-selflove to self-love. I had to let go people who used me. And from self-love and being alone, I attracted many other people, called soulmates. They went through the same things as me. Only self-change and self-healing can bring other people into your life. What's the meanig of the letter on the center ?

Can anyone out there please help me? I feel my heart opening but still feel this anger and resentment towards everyone around me, I am on two birth controls and feel one wearing off which is why I feel this tension and pms and hormones but shouldn’t opening my heart solve all of that no matter what my body is going through? I can’t do this on my own anymore and I just need someone right now to guide me: please hear me out and help me.
