ОтветитьHi, I would like to know if this would work for my type of scoliosis. I have the type of scoliosis that makes my right chest bigger then the other. Would this fix it or make it worse? (The location of this scoliosis is at the top part of my spine and (Cause of this the chest was connected to that area it moved it a little bit making my right chest bigger then the other.) Thankfully my case isn’t severe, i usually only have pain flare ups when I don’t get regular exercise. This is great for me during those flare ups.

I dont have scoliosis but my back is very crooked like a bolt of lightening will this help?

ОтветитьI'm 30 yo and diagnosed with scoliosis. The cause of it is uneven hip (0.8mm). So I've been to chiropractor to first of all fix my leg length (right was shorter), and to correct some disks. However he didn't work a lot on it for the safety reasons.
Second - he gave me heel insole of 0.6mm on right foot so I can fix that hip by walking (that should also reduce the curve overtime).
Third - I've found this video, going through a lot of comments to check if someone have tried it, did it work etc., and decided to try it by myself.
Today is 28 of August 2023 I've just started doing these exercises. After the first round of 5 minutes following you, I felt my muscles being engaged around the spine mostly in mid-top aria. I'll also take a picture from behind now and check it in 3 weeks, then 6 weeks and so on. I'll do it on daily basis 2 times a day and I'll update you guys.

Hi!i just found out yesterday that I have scoliosis 😕! It’s moderate/mild , but I just found your video and I have faith that this will help me. Do this excercises need to be done sitting down or standing up?

I have C-shaped lumbar scoliosis of 13 degrees to the right side. I went to a chiropractor last week. Now I have my shoulders, hips and ankles at the same level, something I didn't have before. But of course, I still have the scoliosis. Do these exercises fix lumbar scoliosis?

ОтветитьI can't do these exercises because I have a healed broken right arm and a part replacement humerous in my the left arm. I can't raise my right arm above shoulder level. I have terrible back pain and walk lop sided.. I also have a hip replacement in the left hip. Any suggestions what exercises I can do??

ОтветитьThis does help relieve my pain. Thank you. It's never too late to start, but don't wait till you are 40 like i did! I would be in much better shape if i started this every day by at least age 30.

I'm 20, with around 28° on both ends of my S-shaped scoliosis. In the past the treatments my parents put me through were torturous for me, so I didn't really stick to them. In that process, I managed to lose 3°. However I am now frequently reminded of how asymmetrical my body is when i look into the mirror. I am skinny so a bit of weight could easily fix that, but I'm a dancer so I wish to have a perfect figure. Sure hope this works.

I don’t know if it will permanently move the spine back to its original place and keep it there, but i can tell you that it really worked for my daughter!!! I am totallyblown away by the results. A little improvement is better than nothing!!!! On 8/8/2023, my 11 year old daughter was diagnosed with mild scoliosis. Her spine was shaped like a backward S, with a slight bump on her left lower back. The dr said her top curve measured 8 degrees and her bottom curve measured 16 degrees. I was devastated, that as a mom, i don’t know how i missed seeing this. I could see her slightly crooked spine on her back and it freaked me out a bit. I panicked and was searching thru YT for a home remedy. I viewed a ton of scoliosis exercise videos for adults and kids but settled on this one because it was really simple and short, a perfect beginner’s video. I had my daughter do 4 sets of the exercise, very slowly and gently to stretch out the muscles on her back, the night of 8/8. Then 4 sets again the morning and afternoon of 8/9. Afterwards,she said she felt a little crack, like when you crack your knuckles, but had no pain. Later that night, i had her do 4 sets again and then she complained of a slight pain in her lower left back, underneath the bump. I had her lay down on a firm mattress for 15 minutes and the pain went away. On 8/11, i had her do the exercises once in the morning, afternoon, and night. after 3 days of the exercises I checked her back to see if the exercises worked and WOW!!!!!!! My daughter’s spine was a lot straighter. She still has a bump on her left back so I’ll keep an eye on it. However, the spine curve has definitely improved!!!

Can anyone tell me what was the result of their exercise since they watched it? Please answer me, because I've been doing this for almost 1 week and I can't wait for the result and I hope it's effective and my spine gets better😢
