Zelda TOTK 30/60FPS Patch Ryujinx

yeah deff dosent work and for those of you saying turn vsync off all that does is give you 60 fps while doubling the speed of the whole game and that has nothing to do with this patch thats been a thing in ryujinx forever lol. pointless files

Does the 30fps patch hold the game at 30fps the whole game if your pc can handle it or will it still get frame drops natively still?
