The client said he wanted to buy the farm only so he could buy a horse lol
ОтветитьThe customer confidence trick you. so he got what he really wanted. cheap to
ОтветитьThat's crazy you pay so much for a cable and still you do a shity job😂
ОтветитьThey are all interesting
Ответить10k usd is alot for hypoxi
Ответитьgot me so curious about the 16 ft. walnut slab table.
Ответитьfake! this dude clearly is having this stuff done with a team, no way this can get done solo
ОтветитьWhy did you not rough surface the top of the frame. and just use epoxy to glue the top down
I would have thought under the ski's one could have also created a angled hole not seen, and filled them with epoxy to a hole or gouge in the steel, even with a piece of reinforcing.
Would have stuck better than any silicone. and a lot easier than bolting
3.3 m views in 10 days, I guess it was worth it. 😅
Ответитьamazing. my Q is why didnt you just bolt through the tubing to fit the top on to the frame rather than having to weld on the metal tabs and re powdercoat?
Your business ethics are probably what i got most out of this video!
very neat. I'd say this was a successful video for you!
considering that the algorithm recommended it to me out of nowhere
ah, the curse of perfectionism
Ответитьme personally i think that table looks awesome
Ответить2K clear should come out of a booth perfect. Car manufacturers don't sand/polish cars after painting. Almost all cars will have orange peel, even highly priced ones, kind of inevitable.
But with 2K clear coat, you should be able to get an almost perfect coat offf the gun.
Sweet table
ОтветитьI wonder if the guy was a great customer..........
ОтветитьGood thing you didn't put the skis on the bottom. The metal edges could have messed up a planer designed for wood.
ОтветитьLoved this format !
ОтветитьMy favorite thing about the ultra-wealthy is that they literally do not care what it costs to get something done as long as it gets done. I once heard a story where an ultra wealthy client spent upwards of $350,000 to get a massive willow tree planted by a lake the property was on for a wedding and wedding photos, only to then pay another $50,000 to basically undo it and have the landscape returned to how it was before because he didnt like it.
Ответитьsounds like the scam when they try car wraps. oh my delivery guy will drop them off. ill put more to pay him. gtfoh! change all your banking info. your data has been leaked.
ОтветитьAn idea I had (might have been a good one to hide the trend insert) put a white area under the frosting under layer
ОтветитьAsk him if he voted biden or trump. If he voted biden. Charge him the Inflation. He complains, tell him its his fault
ОтветитьImagine the world we could have if everyone was considerate like this guy! Every detail up to honoring a 3 year price was honorable. Something tells meme this customer will be one for life!
ОтветитьIf someone described this ski build to me, I would think that it sounded kind of tacky and cliched. But this thing looks awesome! There's a lot of visual interest, and the colors really pop.
Ответитьdeez nuts
ОтветитьImagine paying 22k for a fucking piece of wood, literally just some wood you could go out and get yourself if you really wanted to. Some people are just fucking stupid.
Ответить10k and 3 years for that tiny basic table, what a waste
ОтветитьWhat grit do you polish your head to?
ОтветитьMust be nice to be rich, I'll never be able to afford one of these or have the space, they are gorgeous though.
ОтветитьDoes anyone recommend any channels that are like Blacktail studio but for automotive detailing?
ОтветитьCan I ask why you chose the plywood standoff blocks instead of acrylic blocks so you don't see them? Curious
ОтветитьThis guys property will have epoxy dust in the water table in 20 years. Taking 30k jobs but blows his epoxy dust out into mother nature & cant afford a filter system... K
ОтветитьYeah, I would have warned you about the air inside skis or any laminated thing like them. When doing repairs on them often we have to heat them for pliability or when you sand and finish at the end they can heat up and that air can show up.
Ответитьimagine charging 10k+ for some old ski in an epoxy slab full of bubble and complaining...
Ответитьsavage
ОтветитьI think you need to make some clear resin blocks to use as risers for future encased items
ОтветитьThis video suggestion kept coming up in my feed until I finally said "ok, I'll watch it". It was so interesting I actually stayed until the very end.
ОтветитьThe wood blocks look tacky, you should have made a long thin block out of the same color epoxy you mixed, then run it through the planer also.
Ответитьthe way you talk about your customers and this job makes it clear why you work alone so much.
ОтветитьI couldn't stop watching. The smoothness of the end product always amazes me. Beautiful table and great job in the video explaining everything
Ответитьbro welding with no mask 💀
ОтветитьGood story, great customer, and tbh awesome table in the end! I think if you were ever to let the bubbles stay, it would definitely have to be a sea/ocean or pirate themed table.
ОтветитьIncredible work
Ответитьsnob
ОтветитьReally inappropriate behavior from XG. Lost me as a fan.
ОтветитьIt ends up, this video was very interesting.
