20 Minute Silva Centering Exercise With Vishen Lakhiani

I was deep in meditation and then two ads popped up what the hell. I listen to many of your meditations but please don't have ads in the middle, there were two ads banking and something else😢

AWFUL!! How can you have at least THREE ads during it?!?!? So disappointed.

The commercials interrupt this 3 times…

I'm the middle of meditating I get 2 skippable ads ?.smh WOW

I’m so happy this exists, I’ll go back to the OG Silva video though, this sounds like he recorded it inside a microwave, some words are just lost. then there’s ads which I can put up with and mindfully make my way through… but when it’s WING GIRL telling me how to pick up women in the most horrific manipulative way, it’s a little off putting lol.

Two times ad in this is just uncalled for

How are you supposed to get to or stay in alpha when 30 second ads play multiple times during the exercise 🙄

Please turn off ads for these kind of meditation videos

Why does this excessive put me to sleep and awakes me upon counting to five?

Is it possible to remove mid-roll ads from this video? It’s a bit hard to meditate when you get interrupted with five ads in 20 minutes 😅

Where is the alpha sound? I can’t focus on the meditation because there is no alpha sound in the background? Is this because you want people to purchase the program to get the full effect? So glad I have the old original SILVA class on my Apple account.

Dear Vishen, I have been listening to this track for many months now, and it has been great so far. Recently, the meditation keeps getting interrupted by advertisements. It is so counterproductive. Please get rid of it. Otherwise, an amazing relaxation track.

Unfortunate that they added ads to all of their videos - I’m not able to maintain focus like a once was meditating to this every day.

If anyone has any recommendations for other channels with centering exercises please let me know!

Why ads on the most important parts if the meditation?. It even scared me. Not gonna use this anymore.
