If I had a neighbor like this woman I would be calling the police for excessive ringing of my door bell and have her arrested???.

Y Karen neighbor picked my almost ripe cherry tomatoes that took 4 months to grow bc she wanted me to throw away the plants and I refused. She also dug up and stomped on a plant my kid was taking care of.

Boundaries aren’t hard to understand. The pool owner should have paid a professional to outline the property before installing the pool. If you build on my property, I have own what is on my property at NO COST to me. It’s not my place to accommodate someone else’s stupid decision.

I would just back up there with my pickup truck and drive over the fence and put it all down and then drive over to where I needed to park and park and if she come back on the property after vandalizing it like she did by putting a fence in it then I would just have her arrested for criminal trespassing and vandalism

I had a neighbor widen his driveway onto our property, he then went to sell the house and told me to quick claim the property to him, I told him he could pay for raw land, new survey and attorney fees, you “F” yourself was his answer. Well we went to court and it cost him the $6,000 plus housing market dropped and he lost $80,000 on the sale.

If a property line was never followed then yes, the vacant lot owner has every right to put up a fence right through their house if need be.

Put up a privacy fence if you want total privacy and don't want to look at others.
