KEIL based demonstration of different addressing modes in 8051

sir how to assign data to external memory .can u plz help me with thAT

i am not able to map the memory , i m getting the following error can u help
* error 65: access violation at 0x08000000 : no 'execute/read' permission

How to create the HEX file and where it will be saved ?
