I have to admit I was skeptical having tried others but this one was incredible! I was feeling sick alll day yesterday from a migraine then last night i thought maybe food poisoning too. I put it on and maybe 10 minutes in i felt like something jumped out of my left foot and then five minutes later it went out of my RIGHT foot and then i fell asleep!!!! This was almost six hours ago and while i can only recall bits and pieces of dreams. They were DEEP. I needed that because i don't sleep well at all. Im going to keep using this one!

I don’t know how anybody says they can sleep to this. I tried and I was getting visuals like I was on mushrooms. I slept amazingly after I turned it off tho lol.

Wow. So soothing. I wasn't tolerating the after-effects of experiencing what everyone else is probably also experiencing right now in varying degrees. Does the volume have any affect on the outcome, is there a specific decibel range that enhances the experience?

im pretty sure im gonna need knee surgery in another year. my knee click clacks and gets nail like shooting pain when its used for anything other thsn walkimg. i listen to this every night, and the pain seems to be gome for most of the following day, before i listened to this pain was constant. also the clcik clacking subsides. wish i could tak a monthcoff work to "bathe" in this tone, who knows if it would do wonders or not.
