Is this practically like crocheting but with fingers?

This is actually really easy to mess up, at least for beginners.. I'm currently 11+ hours in, after having to completely take my blanket apart and restart. Make sure you keep the loops tight and small, otherwise you'll end up with giant holes. Also, I have 12 skeins of jumbo yard and I'm not even sure if it will be enough 😅

I did half a blanket it came out really nice for my first-ever time crocheting at all but I didn't measure quite correctly and how much yarn alley so I got to go back to the store and get more

Can someone please explain this whole body positivity crap. I have struggles with my weight all my life and I’m a teen. I have never been like 300 pounds but have still struggled, everyone in my family struggles with their weight. I’m not morbidly obese because I like myself enough to actually take care of my body. I’m not chubby if that’s what your thinking but I have taken the steps needed so that I can loose weight, it starts with eating less. I eat two meals a day when I’m in school, that’s what works for my body. If all the people supporting body positivity love themselves so much, they need to realize that eating yourself to an early death isn’t love and they need to start making the steps to lose weight and not support gaining it. If you have mental health problems that’s one thing but obesity in America is out of control. (I’m not saying you should eat two meals a day but I’m saying I have a schedule that works for me)

Technically... That's crocheting, finger knitting is actually something different and arm knitting is also different. So it could be confusing for a few ppl new to this when they want to look it up for future reference

Hi! This is not knitting, that's crochet! Knitting would be wrapping around individual fingers! This is just putting through loops around the whole hand. Basically what crocheting is.
