To really have two zone cooking means we need to have a hot side and a cold side… does the Kamado Joe Divide and Conquer Flexible Cooking System really allow for two distinct cooking zones inside one BBQ? To find out I share how I setup my Kamado Joe Classic as well as my Kamado Joe Big Joe divide & conquer racks, heat deflectors and cooking grids to pull of two dishes at two different temperatures with just one fire.
