For Me I Think TH12 or TH13 is the best because you still have so much fun and it’s a comforting town hall to be at

I felt like th9 was a chore for me to have because I skipped through all the updated and rushed townhalls until town hall 8, I am still stuck on it to the point where I'm stuck until I finish every single upgrade and it kinda sucks

spending money to get more builder huts probably skewed your opinion of the lower town halls quite a bit, but if you spend money frequently anyway then that may have skewed the whole list I suppose.

I will give s for th13 and 15 .its my personal favorite townhalls.

If you're like me who is at a high th lvl you'd feel like a 1 hour upgrade is 1 min and 1 day would be an hour since you're used to 5days 10 days 16 days and expensive wall upgrades or whatever it's just insane like what if th 20 had a 30 day upgrade like thats a whole month ma guy

Agreed with almost everything up till th14. Th14 is one of the funnest in my opinion. You had access to any attack in the game and it looks great

Th7 and Th9 are S tier for me.

I’d move town hall 8 lower, at that town hall no matter how upgraded you are you’re going to be 3 starred 90% of the time because of how much better your troops get at town hall 9 and 10

I really like th13 I’m currently on it and I’m enjoying it. Also I’m about to fully completely max out my builder hall 8 with walls too it feels great.
