Nowhere as bad as the hogs in Texes, but here in Metro Vancouver we have a racoon problem. They dig through your garbage every week, destroy your roof in yhe winter, and is a threat to young children. My last place had a racoon nest of at least 15-20 racoons just right in our backyard, and we paid the price for 11 years. Really wish it was legal to sword down those bastards...

To protect the farms, one can easily put up an electric fence and protect the farms. Taking up arms against the species who have no arms to defend, I do not think humans are any different than animals. Maybe humans are now tired of killing each other using wars as an excuse, and now they are killing the animals. The Gods created these species and not the humans. Going against the laws of nature and Gods, no human species have survived and the Gods have shown this 10 times so far. Ten different types of human species existed on this planet, homosapiens the 10th one. Every human species was wiped off this planet by the Gods and started a new human species like a clean slate. We can only use this planet as a means of survival and not claim other species as invasive.

I understand your reasons for doing this, especially after I read most of your comments BUT 📛 I want to remind you all that excessive killing of these animals will cause an imbalance in the environmental system and balance in the short and long term. This is not a joke. This is our environment for all of us. 🙌

New York State has in 2014 Banned the Killing of Feral Hogs, If you have them on your property and want to get rid of then, You have to call animal control. All they will do is trap and relocate it.
