The problem is that most of you search for the app and then tries to drag it, that doesnt work!!! You gonna have to manually look for it on your harddrive and then drag it to the desktop (Y) Just do as the video is showing

are you kidding mate? the reason I looked up a tutorial is because this DOESN'T WORK ON MY WINDOWS 10!!! it doesn't work with any "apps", only files
EDIT: the solution is to pin to start and THEN it allows you to drag shortcut to desktop

it comes up a circle with a cross thru it
