I have been trying to days to add HBO Max to my sister's TV. Theoretically, she should already have it, because she gets HBO through DirectTV. But when I click on the HBO Max icon, it takes me through to where it finally says she already has an account. What does that mean?? Please help if you can!!

My tv told me I had to sign into my Samsung account in order to install and order the HBO max, yet I AM signed in. So there I sit, unable to get HBO max on my Samsung tv🥴

Don't even bother downloading this trash onto your Samsung TV. It is the most laggy, buggy app and will constantly crash and freeze.

My problem is when I type hbo in on search screen the icon doesn't pop up

When I try to install HBO Max it says i need to delete 51 megabytes worth of apps. But I only have 28 megabytes and i cant install.

They were able to guide me in installing the HBO MAX app and surprisingly very curteous & helpful. You will need to know the model of your Samsung TV.

I don’t want it played from the app on the TV. I want to stream it from my iPhone wireless. How? The iPhone won’t sync with the Samsung TV. But you tube will syncs fine and streams to TV from iPhone.

I’ve got mine installed on my tv but when you click on a movie it says oops something went wrong and please restart hbo max app. What does that mean. It plays on my other devices and was on this tv when I had hbo max through spectrum.

I deleted my HBO Max and then I try reinstall it then it say to sign in to Samsung account and i don’t have a Samsung account and I installed HBO Max without signing in Samsung account before

it just brings me back to the home screen when i click install
