Hi I need help desperately. I got my chrome book because it came with a built-in audio explanation of how to use the computer, it wasn’t a video and it came with the computer. It said to press two keys, search, and another one that I can’t remember. I have spent the past week talking to Google and nobody knows what I’m talking about. But it’s on my computer and it can be accessed but I don’t know which two keys to press for the built-in audio tutorial which I need. Can anybody help me I would really appreciate it. Like I said I had a stroke I need the audio and I am getting frustrated. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi my ASUS Chromebook c223na the keyboard is not working when I try to type the letter r it makes me automatically type TR when I try to type the letter I it comes to the funny bracket in the beginning and I don't know what's wrong because I'm not quite sure if I can take the keys out on this laptop because I'm not entirely sure I don't want to break this laptop because this is the only laptop I've had and already broken and when I try to click w ]it makes my brightness go down when I pick another letter it goes all you know funny and I want to know how to fix it so can you take the keys off an ASUS Chromebook
