How to import Excel data to Google Earth

I M TRYING TO UTM COORDINATE FILE BUT NOT OPENING

I have a kml file with the lat long data (polygons) and a separate excel file with data associated with the polygons. The polygons and the excel data share common place names corresponding with each other. Is there a way to merge the excel data to the corresponding polygons?
