Wow amazing video I really learn a lot on how to use a 360 x3 camera
ОтветитьYour music is much louder than your voice!
ОтветитьIs there any way to mount it landscape with the motorcycle bundle accessories ? I need to get a vibration dampener and the whole thing will just stick so far out
ОтветитьThanks Dave! I really enjoyed watching this video and the original from two years ago. Just ordered an X3 to place on my Honda ST1300. Not very many mounting options on the ST1300. Loved your sitting on the selfie stick ideas. PS. I am a 30 year veteran TV news Photographer here in the US.
ОтветитьRecognise Lough Tay and was that the entrance to Ballynahinch castle?
ОтветитьI need to buy that big clamp mount for my rs660. The insta360 u-bolt mount failed when I tried attaching it to my mirror because I couldn’t make it work on the passenger pegs.
ОтветитьLove the side shot view, but will sooner or later hit something with the cam, how about that
ОтветитьDo you use protective lens stickers? I’ve heard they create some issues like glare, fogging, stitching and overall reduced quality, not to mention they get scratched easily. But I’m the same time if I am to use it on the motorbike, I’m a bit concerned that a stone or something might damage the lens.
ОтветитьGreat video! How stable was it clamped to the side mirror on the Aprilia?😄
I have a Honda VFR800 2014 and it is hard to find places on it on the handlebar for example. Think I will (as most people here) will buy a X3 as well🤑
thanks mate great video and presantation =)
ОтветитьThank you very much.... very informativ
ОтветитьDislike for music louder than voice
ОтветитьThanks for showing some ideas. I actually do put my selfiestick on the ram mount. Never had a problem with it. Only with removing the ram mount of my bike to chamge its position. Maby i will just buy one more for the rear of my bike😅
ОтветитьWhat accent is this?
Is this Irish?
Has anyonw got a link to the clamp at the end please
ОтветитьThx best mcycle shots with a 360 Ive seen.
ОтветитьLove your material! Quick question if I may. Have you had any luck using the manfratto double clamp mount in center of the handlebars on a GS with the selfie stick slightly above the windscreen? I realize the insta360 will be directly in front of view. I’m preparing for a ride through the Alps and need to pack minimally. I’d like to have one good mount that will provide a variety of shots. I’ll be one of those guys wanting to leave it on as mush as possible so I’ll have it plugged in to the power supply on the bike. 😊Also, when the camera is mounted, do you use a remote to turn on/off or just press the power button? Much thanks!!
ОтветитьIf I buy the extended stick will I have the need to buy smaller one too?
Can we use the extended selfie stick for the same cycle/bike shots? Or only smaller one is recommended?
I'm looking at the x3 assessories, are you using the sticky lens guards?
ОтветитьAll good stuffs mentioned here! But how about the remote control? Do you think it is a necessity? Because of the camera that extended well beyond arm reach, how do you control it?
Ответитьonly one that kinda bothers me is your helemt cam.. its rather close to line of sight. why not a chin mount???? least its not in your face
ОтветитьIs the bottom thread strong enough when running 300kph?
ОтветитьYou say you don't run the camera constantly, you should definitely have the GPS remote.
Easy activation and full GPS overlay if you want
I just like your hair😮❤
ОтветитьThanks for the ideas keep them coming.
ОтветитьHi, I just ordered mine, but I have been seeing reviews of the selfie stick breaking and ruining the camera. It took me a while to save for one, so im scared now, any advice to avoid this?
ОтветитьI feel dumb for never considering just sitting on the stick before coming across this video.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. What stick are you using?
ОтветитьAs for mounting the 360 with the selfie stick fully extended on the handlebars or on the rear of the bike. I take a small piece of 2000-grit sandpaper and place it inside the clamp. I haven't had the camera slip using the sandpaper. At least so far. Neither does the sandpaper hurt the finish since it isn't slipping.
ОтветитьDo tou kerp it in.... Me mode..... Or what mate, ive bought one but the editing side of it makes me want to tgrow it in the bin lol
ОтветитьThanks for creating the video. Much appreciated.
ОтветитьI love how confident you sit on the stick 🤣gotta try asap
Ответитьi need that clamp! Figures its outside the US> you guys got all the cool motorcycle stuff
ОтветитьGreat vid, I love these simple tips. Just got the X3 and looking forward to trying these out. BTW, I love the music, who is it?
ОтветитьGood vid as always Dave👍. Only comment re mic set up is you can't really hear the bike. It's a tricky compromise (narration and motorbike sound) I guess.👍
ОтветитьThank you for this video! I have seen other motorcycle mounting videos, and like you said, I can’t believe that it would be strong enough. Especially with the selfie stick. I didn’t want to find out the hard way. You confirmed this.
I have wondered about other ways such as sitting on the stick or stuffing it in my jacket.
I haven’t used the camera on my bike yet since I recently got it in winter. But spring is here and I can’t wait to get out riding with it. Thanks again!
One question, do you use lens protectors?
Ответитьclicked for the advice, stayed for the dad jokes
Ответитьмолодец.
ОтветитьNice video, I've just got the Insta360 x4 Motorcycle bundle and the Insta360 GPS Preview Remote. The clamp that comes with the motorcycle bundle is solid. I've used it a few times now in varying weather and it's great. The Preview Remote is a great addition too, just remember to update the firmware on the remote so it properly supports the 360.
ОтветитьJacket one is something i try all the time
ОтветитьI wish you could show a camera placement, then how the shot looks for each placement thanks
ОтветитьI saw on insta ' site that they recommand to not drive upper than 50 mhp / 80km/h. have u been on upper speed ? thanks
ОтветитьGreat ideas and helpful for visualising on my rig! Happy riding!
ОтветитьBrilliant excellent tips!!!
