One of my favourite pieces Dvorak is a genius

Beautiful. I love the Dvorak Op 22 Serenade. Who doesn't? Beautifully performed.
I do love the composer of this music, the great Dvorak. So genius all the time.
I'm gonna see this live next may! :D
I think Dvorak is the most life affirming composer
Ответитьthis is music to my ears
Out of this world just simply stunning
That was absolute perfection!! Just beautiful!!❤❤🇨🇦🇨🇦
Yes, it's a beautiful composition
IVth movement >>>
The waltz is absolute Romantic perfection.
Juan Carlos Calderon, a famous Spanish Songwriter, and Producer used this song as an Inspiration for a very famous pop ballad in the 90s: Listening to this song and judge yourself: "Luis Miguel - La Incondicional"
Brucknerian/Wagnerian, Spiritual, Etheral, Slavic, Classically leaning at times but simultaneously very much of its time. Its quite extraordinary.
When I was young and working for the telephone company in Boston, I would play this music in my head while the transit train went by Boston Harbor each morning with the sun rising.
So beautiful! Bravo to the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra.
Wonderful!
Incredible Incredible and incredible.
ОтветитьCette sérénade est enthousiasmante....
Me encanta sublime no conocia esta pieza
The tempo de valse is beautiful and inspiring, the largetto is beautiful and mournful. The whole piece is stunning. Dvorak was a master that is often overlooked.
Just like delivering good news to someone has a positive rub-off effect on the messenger, performing Dvořák's Serenade is really a very therapeutic endeavor for performers. There is so much 'pure goodness' in it. Somehow even the moments which could cast a gloomy shadow – light melancholy of the Waltz, or the fragility of the opening of Larghetto – retain the wonderfully cloudless atmosphere... The remarkable thing about Dvořák's Serenade – this 'cloudless goodness' is fully sufficient for sustaining meaningful communication for nearly half an hour of music.

Excellent performance! I am originally from the same country and the orchestra understand the spirit of his music perfectly. Congratulations!!
May I recommend? The Dvorak cello concerto, with Rostropovich, the Czech Phil, and the great Vaclav Talich. the slow movement is in a class all alone on this planet, I think. Supraphone, 1951
Dvorak is underrated in a way, and i. m.o this serenade is better than Tsjaikovsky's (the fourth movement is as outstanding as the first). And elegantly played, thanks for uploading.
Who says you can't dance to classical music! These musicians show you how. Bravo! Splendid performance.
Thank you, truly your music inspires the heart to such a depth of feelings. Emotions make you younger, life is beautiful. love you.
Behold the strength of non-diversity.
Ответитьi find so much wonderfull music in his compositios, gorgeous ,so varied ,from the new world symphony,to the lovely czech folk tunes he was a master of his craft, never will tire of litening to his unique music ,thank you antonin,xx
Dvorak invented the American Classical Music tradition. Our Composer all knew and loved him. He is in every classical composition by every race and sex that composed American music through the 1980's neo-romantics. And is now in the 2020's in the music of Rhiannon Giddens and others.
Wonderful,,,,,,
Exceptional performance of one of the most beautiful works ever composed. Thank you for posting!
Thanks be to God for the incredible musical geniuses he's given us over the centuries, like Dvorak!
This is one of the most beautiful compositions in the history of mankind....I really don't know what I really fell when...
Second movement opens the new Bill Nighy film, Living, which I just saw today--completely gorgeous!!
