It would be useful to explain generally how this entire feature works in detail. Even HubSpot's own information doesn't really explain what you use this feature for. I understand how it can work as a sales tool for sales reps making deals and quotes as you demonstrate, but I would like to use this feature to enable someone to simply click on a product in an email and have it bring up the product on our website and have it automatically added to a cart there. Is this possible? We use NetSuite as our ERP which is also integrated with the website and HubSpot. Our images are hosted with AWS. We don't want HubSpot to do payments.

You are skipping through elements in this tutorial instead of describing them, which is frustrating. What is an SKU? What are Product Types? Why did you skip past "Image URL" and "URL"? Not very useful, I'm afraid to say. :/
