DR. J , thx for your info. Taichi incorporates the Rubbing Techniques - for longer periods without need for Castor Oil or its oily mess. Unfortunately, I fail to conduct the movements regularly. I'm a 72 YO ,Man with Belly fat aplenty (around the hips too). Plagued by the classic Egg Shape. But I also have a number of Spinal issues including dis bulges and spinal / facet joint arthritis. L2 & :L3 disc Bulge into the Front and into the rear which is Unusual according to my old Neurologist (52 years in practice). Lumbar spinal issues extend up the spine to the Atlas Vertebrae. Cervical Instabilities affect sothe body so much I have discovered. CI affects the Vagus Nerve(s) [there are two - one on each side for the neck extending from the Brain Stem]. The Vagus Nerve , the largest Cranial Nerve connects all the vital organs and controls the Parasympathetic Nervous System. I'm far from being a Doctor but have tons of personal Research on my conditions. Fatty Liver is major contributor to the Misery Index too.

There is no such thing as a product that "melts belly fat"! Is this really a doctor?! A doctor of what? A body burns fat when youre in a colorie deficit (use more calories then you eat/drink) And the BODY AND NOTHING else will determine where it will burn that fat from. So there is no food or special training that can target a specific fat from a specific part of the body, it doesn't exist. Crist people, wake up and smell the Scam.
Maybe also buy that electric belt that burns your belly fat away while yoi sit on the sofa and binge on pizza and beers.
