I am a skater and every 2 days i go to park and skate for 5-8h and the rest time is 10-20sec (ik thats soo low but i feel after few sec kinda fully recovered)

I agree with everything except dance. Dancing is a pretty relaxing movement (of course you dont relax but it kinda calm your heart unless you're dancing wildly) and its not intense unlike choreography which is a similar but different thing so i don't think dancing will increase stamina unless you do choreography
