Day 2 : A little hard than yesterday😢
Day 3 : have the same pain but i did not think it burn in 3 days so i do it for 14 days
I’m going to try this everyday for 30 days and I hope I will stay consistent, comment everyday so I can remember to update!
I’m doing this exercise with 1kg dumbbells.
Day 1 - felt a bit of pain, not much.
Day 2 - felt more pain, slightly harder to complete
Day 3 - it wasn’t that hard as day 1 or 2, but I can feel the pain afterwards.

ОтветитьIt doesn't do shit go train your arms to lose fat and gain muscle.train your muscles to be more efficient and effective arm training is way better trust me

Ответитьhaii!! did this for one week n it is effective, lost 1 inch !!! im already skinny but my arms were kinda chubby, but now i always do this n they are getting skinnier. dont give up guys!!

Day 1: its was painful whole day
Day 2: nothing changed but pain remains as it is
Day 3: less pain
Day 4: no pain
Day 5: I saw no change but my mother did she told me my arms are looking comparatively slim
Day 6: no change
Day 7: even I notice the slight change
Day 1 completed ✅

1 day : it was a bit hard, so I think its better when u do a break from 10 to 15 sec. No changes yet
2 day : see a slight change
3 day : much easier😌✨
4 day : like day 3 see a change though
so uhm. im back :) i gave up and now i want to start again😌trying this out for an week 😄
1 day (again) : it was ok. just a bit harder then i thought
2 day: I was a bit tired and it was night so I only did 30 for all 😔

Day 1. Arms hurt. Especially with the 1st two on the last reps. Took a while. But managed to do it without cramping up.
I'mma do it for 3 days. See if it works. Then work on it for a week.
So i am mostly mid in size like other normal weights but my arms makes me look fatass so i tried this for the first time rn and after completing 90 sets each I was tired and the pain was temporary and after sometimes I saw my arms were tight like fr? ☠️ imma try this regularly 🦾

Day: 2 it was harder for some reason but I’m a bit sore
Day: 3 I wanted to quit it was soooo painful and tiring. I am see ya but if a difference but not a big one. It’s toning my arms more than losses fat. I feel really sore 😅
Day 5: I have def seen a change and it works you just have to be consistent. Ima keep on doing this till I feel happy with the end result 😊

First day was a Little painful even though I didn't see any result I feeled a bit tight in my arms and shoulders
Second day it was not that painful and I saw the difference from before
At last I want to say that if you will only do this for 3 days the effect will be only a little and according to me if you want to see good results you should try it one or two months
