April 27 2011 On-Air Call to 33-40 by Joseph Knight

"The entire city of Hackleburg has been... pretty much destruction." This call detailed the grim fate of Hackleburg for the world to hear. I imagine the feeling that many felt upon hearing this news was similar to that from the Guin tornado in 1974. This was at about 930pm. James Spann also talked to Gov. Bentley a few minutes after this call.

The awful quality is due to me recording this off a VHS tape using a digital camera, but the audio is, of course, the important thing here. I have the rest of the day's coverage, including the early morning round of storms, and I will upload the segments that aren't already up once I get my VHS-to-DVD converter working. Unfortunately I have no idea when that might be. But yes, eventually.
