What is the name of the soundtrack replacement mod?

We need a Mechwarrior game that is a blend of Escape From Tarkov, Mechwarrior Mercenaries, and No Mans Sky. Fly from planet to planet with your mechs and complete missions (raids) to collect resources and scrap from other mechawrriors. That would be sick.

Brand spanking new player here. I thought Armored core was Mech warrior, and that just wasn't the experience I was looking for. I picked this up on a steam sale and see myself diving deep. Hope I find some squad mates to really have a blast. Thanks for the vid, this shined a good light on what I'm jumping into. o7 commander.

I guess as a non mech warrior player I don't have the nostalgia for the music

This is a year+ old and mostly up to date. I definitely do not recommend the mechlab mod as a beginner. Because it buffs the hell out of vehicles, it makes early games next to impossible, especially in the campaign mode.

What mod are you using for your HUD? The 3d live model and improved hp readouts for your own 'Mech and enemy units is sick and I would like to use it.

I don't see how exactly the tonnage limit makes the game worse in any way. Its one of the only things that keeps the game challenging, and It's how things were done in mech warrior 4 mercenaries as well.

On that note, Mech Warrior 4 mercenaries is an amazing game by the way if you've never played it. Much more effort put into the missions, story, and characters.

Not all starting mixer crap the one you the davion starting campaign gives you an enforcer which is a very good starter Mac in my opinion it's like an off-brand centurion and you can make it really annoying.

as a console peasant this was the first MechWarrior game i Truley got to play

that being said its not beginner friendly (i can't figure out the upgrade system)

Can you detail the all the mods you believe are a must. Also where are the mods available? 3 of my friends I are getting ready to play this together for the first time. We all use to play the table top version, and actually still do every now and then. Do you know if there is any issue playing co-op if some have the game via Steam and others have it via Epic? I got this for Xbox a few weeks ago . 40 years of tramping the Inner Sphere, and I can only muster 345 tons across 4 mechs. My reputation is 13 and I can barely survive, much less profit from, missions "recommended " for reputation 11.

I disagree about all your complains. I had been playing heavily MWO + MW4:Mercenaries via alt+tab, then got this game. And here I found so much economy balance and weapon balance I was trying to find in prev games.
Tho, bots AI less stupid compared to MW4 and you can switch mechs.

Muuuh, any mods that make the mechs feel like giant stompy robots instead of floaty ballerinas? Mech Warrior 3 really captured that feeling the best.

Coming in late to this game after seeing another review and getting nostalgic about Hawken. Seems like a good substitute for now. God I miss Hawken.

But hey, taking Hawken and mixing it with my favorite Grimdark IP sounds pretty great too.

Nice intro! I only play solo but mods are a must! I think at any given time I have 30-40 mods working together and the game it just amazing! Don’t get me wrong it’s a bitch to get them all working but man it’s more than worth it once it runs smooth.

It's been long time since a played a battletech game. I'm not impressed with Load outs don't carry enough mass aresnal of pulse weapons like the clan mechs do .but I'm surprised melee/ punch with the armed mechs.
