How To Trade Live On TradingView With Interactive Brokers

hi you have any idea if premarket trrading is available with tradingview associated to IB, i have click the setting in the tws to allow pre trading but no idea where to do it inside tradingview thanks

Why is it that when i signed into my interactive platform on trading view my market entries dont have the TP and SL for me to adjust? But when i sign into the paper trading the TP and SL are there. Any clue on how to add them when im signed into my live account??
