Does this method works for first use? with a non installed os yet, I have the os in a usb flash memory and a laptop, but the connection failed in both cases, with static or dynamic IP address, so where is the real problem ? when scanning the network , i can't even find any other address.

Such a nice step by step narration. Thank you so much. However, I got stuck just after the writing of the image onto the Drive. It gave this message: "You need to format the disk in Drive I: to use it."
And also, when I opened network and share, I saw that Raspberry got connected as an unidentified network but when I opened the network and sharing center, I couldnot see the sharing tab.

Hi, at first it works, then when I tried to open it again the connection say 'timeout'. So I tried it again from the very start, its always timeout. :( Help me pls.

when sharing the network from your laptop to pi there is a dropdown present and selecting any option throws an error. How do I fix this?

Btw I used Raspberry Pi imager, and it did indeed help alot. It would install the os (No need to download it from the internet), and is only around 500MB!

However, after successfully connecting my Pi with laptop, when i turned it off and tried to reconnect it through VNC server, it gives me the following error:
"Timed out waiting for a response from computer"

Every thing was going perfect but during login it took my login ID I gave "pi" as u said and entered "raspberry" for paswrd as I got enter it took 2 sec and then shows access denied .
