I claim it
ОтветитьTonga is one of the best country when it comes to volcanoes
ОтветитьMy arbitrary fave kind of erruption are land forming ones
ОтветитьThanks for sharing! 😊
ОтветитьWith my increased cognisance of volcanism from this channel ive created some truely devastating items in my D&D campaign (there is a high power spell that my character has access to that creates a large volume of lava and a low level creation spell create water....)
ОтветитьThanks.
ОтветитьCould you cover Isostatic depression & Post-glacial rebound?
ОтветитьCan I claim it and put my flag on it?
ОтветитьYou are my main magma man
ОтветитьI have a feeling this island may be around a lot longer than expected
ОтветитьThanks as always! It is very reassuring that Home Reef has a low gas content. Thanks for clearing this up for us, Geology Hub.
The Tongan volcanoes are some of the more interesting volcanic chains for me. Of course, there is a possibility that hitherto unidentified eruptions found in ice cores may have originated here, even if the possibility may be small. Though Home Reef is not very likely to produce such a far-reaching eruption at the moment, it will be interesting to document its evolution into the future.
Are any of these volcanic eruptions also caused by or creating earthquakes as of recent?
I'm hearing 5'5 and 5"8 magnitudes. 🌎 🌋
is there a satellite image to look at?
Ответитьchina will claim it..
ОтветитьThanks for all the hard work on these videos
ОтветитьWow, that is a lot of erosion
ОтветитьI have to tell you my nearly 100-year-old father who is a geologist is always impressed by your podcast. He says you really know your stuff
ОтветитьExcellet presentation, as always.
A quick question: Are there any active or dormant volcanos in eastern North America?
Please use a banana for size comparison next time. Thank you in advance. lol
ОтветитьIt's always neat to have underwater volcano eruotuons create new land on the surface
ОтветитьTonga better put a flag on it before China does. 😐
ОтветитьI call dibs on the island.
Ответитьits super cool watching a new stratovolcano island form. i guess with all this fresh lava. maybe the island is pernament?
ОтветитьFYI, Late Island is pronounced La-tay
Ответитьand the land is already added to the tax rolls.
ОтветитьI'm fifty six and have learned more about volcanos, their geology, causes of various kinds of eruptions and so on from watching your videos (which I've only been aware of for a few months now) than I have from all other sources over the entire course of my life.
What makes this remarkable to me is that it's always been a subject I pay attention to.
Thank you for making these, they are absolutely fascinating.
Thanks!
ОтветитьIs it just me or is there alot more volcanic activity this year compared to other years?
ОтветитьVolcano in NY?
ОтветитьI don’t know if it’s just my imagination, but it seems your postings are becoming richer in information lately. I’m liking it!
Ответитьit's only a matter of time not if but when the big one hits crazy how we can just live our daily lives till something huge happens
ОтветитьDoes the heat from rising magma crack the hydrogen and oxygen atoms apart causing hydrogen explosions?
ОтветитьThis is "Americana" at it's best, even if all songs are not by America lol!
ОтветитьIt'd be interesting to know ----- if there has been an uptick in volcanic activity across the world ------ and whether there are any underlying causes
ОтветитьI’m sitting here amazed turning from my phone comment finding this vid . Understand, I was explaining to Bride Side Global asking about Yellowstone how in my work when THEY about Yellowstone in real time it’s the Hunga Tionga volcanic summit; like, I then mentioned Jan to Sept 2022: HBOW/Apb
ОтветитьYou can't even hear this idiot speaking😅 he's whispering what a queer video
ОтветитьHow long until vegetative appear?
ОтветитьWhat is the biggest eruption of 2024 so far? 🌋
Ответить
