I can relate to Hugh Grant’s perspective. Being an older dad means having a lot of wisdom, but also recognizing that the physical demands are different. It’s a tough balance, and it's great that he’s open about his regrets.

The older male skyrockets the chance of mental illness and disabilities in the child. ( relateability and energy of an old father to a child is non condusive, compared to child mates. Age differential becomes harder the older the child gets.) Ask children of old men how they feel about the grandfather aged fathers.
