Love, love, love these workouts. I have a bad back, so low impact but effective workouts are super helpful. Bring on more of the standing, no jumping and no repeat workouts. Great job! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I tried another 30-min set from Roberta's gym yesterday and it felt hard but great! I think this one will be more manageable for me as a beginner. I have a question though - should these exercises be done daily or in between one day to be most efficient??
ОтветитьI must say that this channel has such effective exercises, of course it depends on which workout video it is but I’ve done this specific workout from this channel, it gives you a flat stomach and also a slim waist. I’ve tried a few different workouts and the workouts are actually not that hard and they are energetic. I always end up sweating but that means I’ve burned calories. It just feels so good to do them, I’m always so excited to do these workouts from this channel! Thanks a lot Roberta! :D
