firmware not updated in lcd even it is present in SD card but its shows all files are 000 size. show to burn program in lcd .

What I see there is that the data variable automatically uploads to the MCU (arduino in this case) as it is updated.

The question is, can that same data be requested by arduino. ie You send a command via the UART and the DWIN returns the data of the requested variable?
