Waist: 72/73cm, hips: around 90cm
Day 1: ✅ went by pretty quickly!
Day 2: ✅ harder than yesterday
Day 3: ✅ really felt the burn, saw minor changes in my waist this morning
Day 4: ✅ it burnss
Day 5: rest day
Day 6: ❎ didnt have time
Day 7: ✅ easyy

I am gonna try this 14 days challenge and lets hope i will continue it for whole days. Wish me luck and wish me good strength.
Day 1 - completed ✔️
Day 2 - completed ✔️ feeling very exhausted
Day 3 - done
Day 4- skipped
Day 5 - done
Day 6 - done and saw some changes in my body as i can see not very much but little bit less in belly
Day One: Started cause I want to be pretty lol
Waist: 27”
Hips: 32”
Day 2: My hips burn for the first time ever?? Really sore too lol
Day 3: Done!! So tired and still sore lol but that’s good. My form has improved!! I feel mentally better
Skipped 2 days cause I was home late!
Day 4: Pretty good! The workout seems to get faster and I FEEL better. Just went through a breakup lol
Day 5: Feeling good… ate a big dinner, and I’m still <105 lbs. The waist is much more defined which is amazing as a rectangle.
Day 6: Ate a lot today! Doing this has really helped my mental health and my poor eating habits. I’m almost halfway through!! Still burning but I’ve almost memorized the workout, proud of myself for still being here.
Day 7:Alright, skipped :0
Day 8: Today was thanksgiving, ran a 5k this morning, fasted all day until eating a ton heheheh! And I did this and felt the burn. Definitely a lil bloated. Feels good tho!
Day 9: So I’m a bit full from dinner but I’ve felt really sore and strong lately. Lots of standing today (5 hrs at work!) So I’m tired. But I did it!
Day 10: Don’t we love sharing a room with two other people :D
Done!! My hips are visibly wider??? I THINK
Day 11: Ummm yall I gained weight?? Maybe in muscles lol… I don’t have abs yet :[
Day 12: It’s a lot LOT easier now…. also my body looks and feels FANTASTIC TODAY. My self esteem is higghhhh!!! Motivation to eat but not binge eat, drink water, and I didn’t weigh myself today. My skin is clear and I have straight As in my classes rn >v< Friendships good, fitness good, extracurriculars good, IM DOING GOOD WOOP
Day 13: Skipped
Day 14: I think I skipped like 3 ish days during this so technically this is my eleventh day 😊 I look good!!
Day 15: Skipped
Day 16: So i’ve gained about 3 lbs maybe in muscle, but i’m not as snatched as i’d like. I lost about an inch and a half of my waist but I’m not starving myself anymore…. so that could be why
Day 17: K! I’m going to be adding another routine on top of this so it’s harder!
Day 18: even after eating my stomach is pretty toned!
Day 19: Ok so I can FEEL muscles under my skin??
Skipped three days 😭
Day 22: I did it twice!! Also i lost four lbs
Day 23: ouch

btw I eat a normal diet, just cut off snacks and drink water. and i get up and try to move around.

★ day 1- I'm starting this out and i really like this workout! it BURNS a lot but I feel very motivated to do this!
★ day 2- OMGGG!! it burned so bad but I did it again!! tried to push myself may do it again today!!

ОтветитьAt first, it didn’t seem like it did much for the hips/waist, i thought it was more of an ab workout. but immediately after i finishes and crossed my legs, i feel it. and i mean i FEEL it. Wish me luck, hopefully this works! and maybe it can be the first workout i ever finish 😂

I'm gonna try and do this workout for 14 days.
I'm currently 15, 170 cm (5'7)
Start:
Waist: 73 cm (~29 in)
Hips: 93 cm (~36 in)
Day 1 - sooo tiring. My thighs hurt so bad, a good typ of pain tho!!
Day 2 - got easier!! I just ate dinner so i was obv bloating, but i still felt the burns!!
Day 3 - the last exercises hurt sooo badd
Day 4 - tbh same as day 3

I tried it and my tummy hurts,I feel so squished out all of my energy lost.
For beginner I advice you to start a beginner workout first..

This did work for me when I did it by around day 5-7 you just have to eat clean and with lots of protien
