These are the two options that everyone suggests but they don't work. Any other suggestions?

já fiz as duas coisas, e necas; o memória virtual nem tem nexo, pois é um espaço no hd destinado a ser como se fosse a memória ram; msconfig e nada; trocar a ordem dos pentes e nada; selecionar na bios e nada; reinstalei o windows por cima e nada, troquei de processador e nada; testei em outra placa mãe e nada

Question, why does the max have to be 5120 MB?
do I need a different number if I have 16GB installed?
