Wasn’t even a basketball player I wrestled, but my buddies played basketball and this is exactly how our high school team was 😂 we had some real hoopers but our coach out there making them drive and kick pass it 3 times etc 😂😂 no dribbling type sht. They fired him my senior year- up until then our record was barely 500. Every year. That year we lost 2 games and were ranked 7th in the state 😂😂😂

Back in the day, our football coach was Shit! He would always arrive extra late to practice and would ride the bench throughout all of our games, he would never talk to anyone. Thank God for our assistant coach, he was the real deal. One time we made the playoffs and our head coach got like five minutes before the match ended, he was carrying a burger king bag and when we asked him where he was , he told us he was at a meeting.

I just experienced this during my high school year. Never thought it was true until now.

We got new coaches since all the coaches at our school retired. Our new coach wasn’t all that tough on us and wanted to see us as equals but for a coach to do that wasn’t good. Some of the team always talked back to him because he was a good player on the varsity and always caused problems for the team. In the end the coach only cared about our forwards and never changed up the format or let other players test their skills to see if they could be good enough to take other people’s places. The freshman coach was tough on the freshman’s and taught them literally everything that was needed unlike the head coach for the varsity coach.

By the end of the season the head coach’s team(varsity) had a wr of like 7wins and 13 loses

In the end I talked to the better players of the team and they said that the head coach isn’t the type to lead a team. He was a pussy and didn’t have the leadership skills to be a leader or in this case a strong head coach. I graduated and I only see a bad season for the future of the soccer team
