I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. Men and women think very differently from each other.

Women can build incredible friendships and become very close to each other in a way men can't bond, and science shows that women can bond very well with each other. Generally, women are even more social than men are. After something bad happens, a woman quickly rushes to talk to all of her female friends to get support, whereas a man can isolate himself and grief alone.

Women tend to be more emotionally intelligent, more caring, more empathic, more compassionate, more affectionate, more loyal, more nurturing, more understanding, more sympathetic, more sensitive, more kind-hearted, more peaceful, more calmer, more gentle, more expressive, more intuitive, and more outward than men are, and thus bond more with other women in a special way that they can’t with men. Men, on the other hand, are not that emotional, and thus can’t bond with other men in a special way. Women regulate emotion better.

Women are more comfortable being around with other women than they are with men. They have a type of bond that usually men with women won’t really have, or with men and men. Also, girls that are friends touch each other in ways that guys just don’t.

The fact that we humans are so much "in need" of whatever we believe is what's meant for us or what we deserve or just the fact that we set out eyes on someone and then bingo - she's mine or he's mine. Not at all - actually is the negativity of that need that creates all kinds of delusions, of tensions, of confusions among so many other so called emotions. The more attention we put on something it makes sense that we will think of it more, even become obsessed. God wants us to live in the flow - to enjoy each day as a journey of love and sharing and giving. The need will not bring us who we truly ought to have. Thanks.

For the last 10+ years when people first saw us together they kept assuming my friend and I were married. It is only in the last few months that we have mutual interest for romance between us, and we still get those comments. We have a 14 year age gap and didn't have any physical contact. But, if you truly keep randomly running into someone in different places where neither of you might have had prior knowledge of the other’s plans, this may be a good sign that God is saying, “Hellooooo .... I keep bumping you guys into each other for a reason”.

I’m a girl and I think it’s kinda cute when guys are slightly awkward. And I mean when he’s kinda shy when he talks to me.
Also, my first ever crush crush was in the 9th grade and this guy was so sweet and cute in my art class. He would joke with me all the time and we just talked and I really thought he liked me. Well, there was another girl in that class and I noticed that he started to treat her the same way and I was an emotional mess when I came to class and he was gushing over her. I remember one day she told me she liked him too and I was so crushed. I just left it alone and I would see them even semesters later walking around school together and talking.

I honestly do not see myself ever chasing the guy. I could see myself having a boldness and just being myself and having a conversation with a guy one day but idk. Anyway, here recently it sort of seems like a desire has arose in me to watch and think about meeting my future husband. Idk, it’s weird and I kinda thought I wouldn’t ever get married or else it just would happen way later but I’ve been seeking God more and this feeling just is weird lol. I’m going to continue to pray about it.
