I work in maybe the no.1 hotel in Italy (no names). On the one hand, I've seen many instances of this. Some deserve to be challenged and denounced, others are just rude comments and you shouldn't let them ruin your day. On the other hand, you can't take a compliment from a rich handsome guy then call the same sentence harassment when it comes out of an ugly one. Fine if you're not interested, but not everything you don't like is a crime. And it goes for both genders.
