Scream is less scary for me than the movies where the villains are supernatural/paranormal, bc people can be killed and in real life the killer wouldn't be coming back to life constantly 😂
ОтветитьSkeet Ulrich’s performance in this is criminally underrated. I’m surprised he didn’t get any big roles after this
ОтветитьChris has let himself go ….
ОтветитьCan we all remember the janitor Named Fred Wearing a Red and Green Sweater 😢
ОтветитьBut so true what makes horror so not believable is. All these AND MASK KILLERS chase goragous girls. N just kill. Not totally unrealistic lynever rapes them kill. All gay like the first killer in scream 6
Ответить🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨SPOILER ALERT 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
What I don’t understand is why Billy and Stu killed the other kids. Like, I get that it works for the movie with all the murders but what is their motivation to kill the other kids and the principal? I mean, if it was just to terrorize Sidney while people got murdered around her then why even legitimately try to kill her after only two murders (drew Barrymore and her boyfriend)?
I born in 1996💙
ОтветитьJust finished watching this and trying to figure out which kills were Stu and which kills were Billy and I realized that Stu was putting in majority of the work in this one.
ОтветитьI spent all my childhood being scared of horror movies. Tonight I finally opened up Scream and was laughing hard by the end and also mindblown by the twist of 2 killers.
ОтветитьBrb gotta watch it!
ОтветитьBrilliant movie
ОтветитьScream is not a good movie or a good series, I don't get what's so appealing about it and the acting is absolutely horrible.
ОтветитьJeremy, you need to watch and review the movie The Collector. It sounds right up your alley. Home Invasion movie with a regular person setting up traps kinda similar to Saw Who's very particular, smart, and who is creepy as hell.
Ответитьthis has to be my favorite scream out of them all i love it!! watched it again a few nights ago
ОтветитьGhostface is Homer Simpson doh!
ОтветитьI come from a family with a lot of horror fans, and I also am also a massive horror thanks to people like my mother and older sister who exposed me to the genre at a young age. And if I was to make a list of the five horror movies that meant the most to me growing up in the 90's, the original Scream is definitely one of those five.
I remember watching the broadcast cable premiere a year or two after it came out (I think it was on Fox, but I could be wrong), and it was a hhhuuugggeee deal because it was airing in primetime with a TV-MA rating, and that wasn't really common back then. So after commercial breaks, it would always have this gruff-voiced narrator give a warning about how it was for "mature audiences only." I remember being so scared to see it (I was about 9 or 10), but falling in love with it immediately. Ended up begging my mom to let me be Ghostface the following Halloween, and repeatedly scaring the crap out of my older sister (who had seen the movie in theaters) with my costume.
Watch all the Scream movies every year around Halloween as well. They're in the group of movies I always watching, along with Halloween, Trick R Treat, Ginger Snaps, Ringu, Child's Play, etc.
My October movies were always Halloween (original) and Trick R' Treat, but now that I finally saw scream last night, I have another addition to the list
ОтветитьI'm not a horror fun. I watched it for the first time October 15th 2022 and I had a blast. I totally agree with Jeremy. The misery is engaging. The pacing is great. It feels way shorter than it is. Sidney is a great character. It's very grounded in reality. I loved it.
ОтветитьAn oldie but great movie I love to watch at Halloween or anytime really is Arachnophobia. 🕸🕷
ОтветитьScream was my go-to horror movie as a kid because I knew they would call before killing me, so I would avoid phone during/after watching. (Back during house phone days)
ОтветитьJeremy, man, come on. Missed a golden opportunity here to have the ending question be: “what’s your favorite scary movie?”
ОтветитьCLASSIC
ОтветитьBro screams pacing is so mind boggling. Like the story keeps you interested and makes it feel way shorter man. Way shorter
ОтветитьThe thing about scream is it’s probably the one horror movie that could actually happen in real life. No supernatural nonsense. No silly crap. Just a story of a psychopaths motive.
ОтветитьScream
ОтветитьAwesome review. This honestly is the best horror movie!
ОтветитьBest horror movie ever. SLICE AND DICE 😬
ОтветитьYou better liver alone.
ОтветитьClassic movie 🎬 one of my favorites
ОтветитьBilly : I thought she was dead.
Stu : She looked dead, man. Still does. 😂😂😂😂😂
I’m here after watching Scream in 2022, man this movie brings back so many memories for me growing up. Great review as well!
ОтветитьJust watched Scream for the first time, yeah it was pretty fantastic.
ОтветитьScream 1 sets up the rules making us wonder if they should follow or break them to survive;)
ОтветитьScream is my favorite horror movie tied with the thing. I just think it is the perfect horror movie.
ОтветитьI'm streaming Scream right now, and damn... I forgot how much this had my 11 year old ass obsessed with Skeet Ulrich!🔥
ОтветитьLiver alone... Stu always gets me every time🤣
ОтветитьScream 1 is a horror movie in the opening scene with the murder of Casey, after that it's a comedy
ОтветитьI hated scream. That being said i also hate horror in general. Murder-porn is just not fun or sexy even though most horror throws sex in your face to try and make it so. Fuck this movie and every movie like it.
ОтветитьGhost Face is as physically uncoordinated as Antifa before Antifa.
ОтветитьAnybody that helps thier mom is ok in my book
Ответитьthis movie made me super uncomfortable
ОтветитьThis is my Halloween movie
ОтветитьScream might honestly be my favorite horror movie. It’s so original but also classic
ОтветитьHonestly Scream was never that scary to me. Even before Scary Movie had tainted the image of the franchise for many non-viewers of the series, I always found the movie to be super unintentional or intentionally funny. There was always that slight humor to their scenes with the killer that just honestly didn’t make them that scary. Not saying I dislike it but I also don’t like how many people label it as a horror film. It’s more of a murder mystery thriller. One of my all time favorite slashers.
ОтветитьGhostface the clumsiest serial killer ever.
ОтветитьIts an amazing movie
ОтветитьThe scream series always nails the 3rd act, once shit starts really hitting the fan it doesn’t relent
ОтветитьThis film is actually my guilty pleasure of all time, not only a horror movie but a celebration of horror movies and the cast actually made the film work. In my opinion this should have been stand alone and no sequels
ОтветитьJeremy Jahn was in scream?
ОтветитьDont forget about the Principle EEEEEYYYYYYYYYYY....of course when he ghostface, OUOUOUOUUUUUU
Ответить
