the char copy symbol is not showing in my char menu..is there any level cap in order to make it appear?

What confuses me is the level. The copy is still only 60 but has the same CP, now i wonder can you level up the copy and will that make him even stronger than the main, or is the visible level only cosmetic and in the background he is linked to the level of the main, and will he also get more CP when you main levels up ? 🤔🤔
