Ma'am I have have a confusion using menstrual cups ...
Ma'am maine everteen ka menstrual cup kharida tha , I think 5 years ago , but I fail in ,using that . so i kept it for 5 years , after five years I have started using , and now I can use it properly . So problem is this ..........that a menstrual cup have 10 years garanty .
So I have to use my menstrual cup only 5 more years ??? But I have not used it the whole ten years ....







Can I use it for 10 years , from now onwards ?? Or not??

The best is boiling water in a utensil.(keep a separate utensil only for this purpose)

Hello , I need to know is wat should we do when we get our periods when we are outside then we will be not able to sterilize our cup , and we can't carry sterilizer where ever we go , so wat could be done in that situations?

I am using menstrual cup first time now my periods is completed this month there is no leakage no issue faced by me during first time using this cup in my cycle but today is a last day of my periods nd i remove nd store my cup but i feel some pain in my lower stomach area i dont know why its was started from last day of my periods but that time its was rare i thought after removal of cup it would be disapppear but it still remain plz tell me something about it ....
